General Business Operator Action Plan

In order to foster a work environment in which employees can form their careers and play an active role for a long time, we will create an employment environment that allows employees to balance work and child-rearing, and to harmonize work life and family life, and fully utilize their abilities. Develop the following action plan so that it can be demonstrated.

1. Period of plan

Two years from April 1, 3rd year of Reiwa to March 31, 5th year of Reiwa

2. The Company’s challenges

There is little active use of established work styles / vacation systems and other work-life balance support systems that take into consideration the child-rearing environment and living environment of employees.

3. Targets

  1. Conduct in-house training on harassment for managers at least twice a year.

  2. We will increase the motivation of employees to continue working by thoroughly disseminating the internal system and operating the internal consultation desk, and keep the number of employees leaving the company for the reason of balancing work and childcare, work life and family life to within 10 people.

  3. Encourage male employees to take childcare leave and increase the number of users by 5 or more compared to the previous year.

4. Initiatives and Implementation Period

April 3rd year of Reiwa

Started disseminating the regular in-house system and promoting the use of consultation counters to all employees.
Started measures and systems related to taking childcare leave for male employees.

August 3rd year of Reiwa

Public solicitation of opinions from employees regarding the system.

Reiwa 3rd December ~

Understand the current status of the system, clarify issues, and review the system.

Reiwa 4th December ~

Grasp the current status of the system, review issues, set new goals, and start studying action items.
