In response to the non-face-to-face demand for real estate transactions due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will enhance the online Showing content with 3D walk-through images as part of the online real estate transactions. Currently, it is available from the luxury rental site "Modern Standard" operated by our group company, Modern Standard Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Keisuke Matsuda).

First of all, we implemented from "Modern Standard", but in the future, we plan to develop online Showing using 3D for various real estate services that RENOSY develops.
The real estate industry has been called an analog industry for a long time, and it was pointed out that complicated business processes and services with low user convenience were used. We have been quick to address this issue and have been promoting DX (* 1) inside and outside the company. We will continue to provide a better real estate experience in line with the changes of the times, based on our management philosophy of "impress people with technology x innovation."
