The Company resolved at the Board of Director meeting held on December 15, 2020 to newly appoint Yoshihiro Kawamura as Executive Officer with the aim of further strengthening the corporate brand and service brand.

◆ Background to the appointment of new Executive Officer

 
Since our founding in 2013, we have been developing our business in the area of PropTech (real estate tech) under the management philosophy of “Inspiring people with technology x innovation.” Currently, together with six group companies, we are promoting DX (digital transformation) in real estate transactions, and on December 7th, we integrated the services of "RENOSY", a comprehensive real estate tech service, and "Modern Standard", a luxury rental site. We aim to improve the customer experience in real estate transactions.

And this time, in order to strengthen the product and service brands of the entire GA technologies Group, strengthen the corporate brand, and strengthen internal communication of the rapidly expanding organization to accelerate business growth, Yoshihiro Kawamura, who has been in charge of this, has been appointed Executive Officer and Chief Communication Officer (CCO).

Kawamura, newly appointed Executive Officer and CCO (Chief Communication Officer), joined the company in July 2018 after 13 years of experience at an advertising company. When I joined the company, I set up the Communication Design Center (abbreviated as CDC), and oversaw communication both inside and outside the company. Outside the company, we are working to build a corporate brand, such as building a PR organization, planning and executing PR strategies, sponsoring Kawasaki Frontale and related measures, and working to win the DX Brand 2020 selection and the Good Design Award. Responsible for overall integrated communication. In the company, he advocated the importance of internal communication and culture fostering in a rapidly growing organization, and has been involved in the development of various internal media such as internal newsletters and internal EC sites, planning and production of various contents, event planning and management, and system creation. , has contributed to the growth of business and organization from the aspect of communication.

As a communication designer, he is in charge of advertising planning and production, as well as business development such as service development and product development for internal and client companies. Joined the company in July 2018 and is responsible for all internal and external communications as General Manager of the Communication Design Center.
