Multi-stakeholder policy
Recognizing that co-creating value with diverse stakeholders, including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, is crucial in corporate management, our company is committed to appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Furthermore, from the perspective that appropriately distributing the profits and results generated through co-creating value and improving productivity to multiple stakeholders will lead to maintaining the momentum for wage increases and the sustainable development of the economy, we will proceed with the following initiatives, recognizing the importance of giving back to employees and showing consideration to business partners.
1. Rewards for employees
Our company is committed to maximizing added value by focusing management resources on growth areas and by developing and improving the capabilities and skills of our employees, thereby achieving sustainable growth and increased productivity. Based on the profits and results generated, we will raise wages in an appropriate manner that takes into account our company's circumstances, in accordance with the "fundamental principles of wage determination." In addition, as part of comprehensive improvements to employee treatment, we aim to sustainably give back to our employees by actively working on education and training, among other things, to contribute to increased employee engagement and further productivity improvements.
(Individual items)
Specifically, regarding wage increases, we will work on increases based on individual abilities and contributions, in addition to regular salary increases and base pay increases. Furthermore, regarding education and training, we will provide various training programs to enable employees to thrive and grow on their own, thereby continuously working to improve the value of our human resources so that each employee can gain diverse experiences and grow sustainably.
2. Consideration for business partners
We will continue to work towards complying with the terms of our partnership declaration.
Furthermore, if the declaration of partnership building is removed from the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our multi-stakeholder policy.

Furthermore, regarding our business relationships with tax-exempt businesses, we will refer to the government's guidelines on how tax-exempt businesses and their business partners should respond to the invoice system, and strive to build appropriate relationships.
We will steadily proceed with these initiatives while checking the progress being made on each item.
