    The entire GA technologies Group has an evaluation system that incorporates the GA GROUP SPIRIT (the seven values we value) and management requirements. Business proficiency is expressed in grades and ranks, and is used in all occupations. Grades and salaries are reviewed every six months according to performance.

    In addition, the sales department has a commission according to the sales and the number of targets depending on the department. Non-sales departments have a performance-linked bonus system.
