Selected for the government project "Visionary Management 2021"

GA technologies Co., Ltd. and ITANDI, Inc., Ltd. have announced that the Cabinet Secretariat's Cabinet Cyber Security Center (NISC) is promoting the "Visionary Project", which is being promoted as a government project by Zenken Honsha Co., Ltd., entrusted by the Japan Information Service Industry Association (JISA). We are pleased to inform you that we have been selected as a target company for Management 2021.

What is Visionary Management 2021?

We have selected about 100 companies from all over Japan that are working on a new management method of hiring highly skilled foreign IT human resources that will incorporate excellent talent into the organization regardless of nationality. This is a government project aimed at widely sharing the know-how and effects of accepting human resources by completing and publishing a -book. The aim is to improve Japan's technological capabilities, revitalize the Japanese economy, and expand the employment of highly skilled foreign workers to realize this.

We select companies from various regions, industries, and company sizes that promote the employment of a wide range of excellent human resources without being particular about nationality or Japanese ability. Many companies that are thinking about building an organization with diverse human resources with similar guidelines will compile and publish examples of management's thinking, reasons for efforts, merits and demerits, and how to proceed concretely. It is intended to be used as a reference.

Since GA technologies was founded in 2013, we have hired people who can empathize with our management philosophy regardless of nationality. We actively participate in overseas recruitment events, and especially at the AI Strategy Center, which conducts research and development of AI technology and big data, members of various nationalities such as China and the United States are active. The promotion of globalization within the company, such as supporting club activities for learning English and Chinese and holding company-wide award ceremonies in multiple languages, was also evaluated, and was selected as a “Visionary Management 2021”.

At Itanji, we actively hire people who have Japanese proficiency and engineering skills, and who are a good fit for the company culture, regardless of nationality. In order to hire foreign nationals with a high level of Japanese ability, we are also hiring from Korean schools that focus on Japanese education and support for finding employment in Japan. In addition, we are creating opportunities to communicate in Japanese within the company, such as 1on1 meetings and exchange lunches between engineers. We were selected this time in recognition of our efforts to create a flat and easy-to-work environment for everyone regardless of nationality.

This project site is promoted by the Cabinet Secretariat's National Cyber Security Center (NISC), and is operated by the Japan Information Service Industry Association JISA and Zenken Honsha Co., Ltd. as the secretariat.
