      GA technologies has been a company that has aimed for significant year-on-year growth since its founding. I am currently in charge of "real estate Purchasing," which is the core of our business, and while I am motivated to achieve our goals, I also sometimes feel anxious and impatient, wondering, "Can we really acquire the properties?" However, that's what GA technologies is all about. Each member of Purchasing team works together collaboratively, so we are able to overcome high hurdles year after year.

      At GA technologies, we set target figures nearly three times higher than our usual monthly targets during each fiscal year-end. Sometimes these targets are so high that they can feel daunting, but we all think deeply about "how to eliminate the reasons why we can't achieve them," and we always see them through. I believe that both as an organization and as individuals, we have developed GRIT (the power to persevere). The company has grown to a size of 2,000 people, but we are still far from our ideal of being a "world-leading company," so we want to continue to grow both as individuals and as an organization.

      I joined GA technologies as a new graduate with no prior engineering experience, and in my first year, I was assigned to be the development manager for a new Itanji business. I was able to overcome the difficulties of successfully completing the initial development and grow significantly.       During the development of our AI for apartment price valuation, we encountered numerous challenges due to the scarcity of data and the difficulty of prediction, which prevented us from proceeding as planned. After much trial and error, we arrived at the solution of combining members with extensive real estate knowledge with members on the tech side, integrating their combined expertise to overcome these obstacles. This project reaffirmed GA technologies' strengths, and we can utilize this experience to address future challenges.
