From March 22, 2023, ITANDI will provide Taisei Housey, which has approximately 95,000 units under management, with the real estate-related electronic contract system "ITANDI BB +", a DX service group for real estate rental business provided by ITANDI. Denshikeiyaku-kun” will be introduced (*1). With this introduction, the lease contract will be digitized and there will be no need to mail the contract.In addition, by implementing IT critical theory non-face-to-face, it will be unnecessary for applicants to come to the store, and it will be possible to conclude the lease contract on the shortest day.
