From March 22, 2023, ITANDI will provide Taisei Housey, which has approximately 95,000 units under management, with the real estate-related electronic contract system "ITANDI BB +", a DX service group for real estate rental business provided by ITANDI. With this introduction, the lease contract will be digitized and there will be no need to mail the contract.In addition, by implementing IT critical theory non-face-to-face, it will be unnecessary for applicants to come to the store, and it will be possible to conclude the lease contract on the shortest day. As a result, Taisei Housey will complete a series of procedures online, from property inquiries to vacancy confirmation, room viewing reservations, occupancy applications, and lease agreements, realizing a smooth lease agreement.
