  AI engineers are involved in data analysis, planning and development aiming for transforming traditional real estate operations into data-driven ones. As an AI engineer at GA technologies, you will plan and develop all-new, breakthrough services, which will also include joint researches with universities.

• Salary

  Annual salary system
  From 4,560,000 yen
  
  * Paid in 1/12 installments monthly. Monthly salary: ¥380,000 and up.
  *Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 83,400 yen for 30 hours of overtime (any excess hours will be paid separately).

  Sumitomo Real Estate Roppongi Grand Tower 40F, 3-2-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo

• Working hours

  Flextime system
  Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
  Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
  Closed on weekends and holidays
  *Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
  Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
  10:00-19:00 1 hour break
