• Salary

  Annual salary system
  From 4,200,000 yen
  
  After accepting the job offer, you will be required to complete a training program (Bootcamp). Your annual salary will be adjusted as follows depending on whether or not you successfully complete the Bootcamp. The decision regarding whether or not you successfully complete the Bootcamp must be made one month prior to your start date.
  If you successfully complete the Bootcamp: Annual salary of 4,560,000 yen (380,000 yen per month)
  If you do not graduate from Bootcamp: Annual salary of 4,200,000 yen (350,000 yen per month)
  *The determination of whether or not you have successfully completed the Bootcamp will be based on whether or not you have completed the curriculum, which will be announced separately.
  *Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours of overtime (any hours exceeding this will be paid separately).
  *What is Bootcamp?
  This is a training program (educational system) for prospective employees that provides them with the minimum skills and knowledge necessary to work as a professional engineer in the field.

• Working hours

  Flextime system
  Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
  Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
  Closed on weekends and holidays
  *Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
  Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
  10:00-19:00 1 hour break
