The online real estate marketplace “RENOSY” is working to make real estate transactions online based on the concept of “making housing search and asset management easier.” Aiming to fuse technology into the real estate business and improve the real estate transaction experience both online and offline, we will digitize our internal operations and all of our customers' real estate transaction processes (knowing, searching, comparing, contracting, and managing). We provide technology-based services.

Only 1% (*3) of real estate transactions are online, which is still low compared to other industries. Conventionally, offline communication such as paper materials and face-to-face negotiations was common in real estate sales, but RENOSY Real estate investment Service digitizes sales materials, utilizes electronic contract systems, and improves operational efficiency using AI and big data. We have reduced the amount of paper used in transactions by an average of 452 sheets (*4) per contract. By making real estate transactions online, we are striving not only to realize a better experience for customers and workers, but also to create a sustainable social infrastructure that considers global environmental resources.

In this selection, we were highly evaluated for our ability to transform the experience of real estate transactions by going online and to build a development system such as a business support system that utilizes AI and big data in-house.

ITANDI "Utilization of real-time database"

Group company ITANDI, Inc. promotes real estate rental DX through the real estate rental business DX service group “ITANDI BB +”, real-time real estate brokerage site “ITANDI BB”, and online real estate rental service “OHEYAGO”. We provide business support services for real estate management companies and rental brokerage companies, and build a real-time property database for vacant room information and application information obtained through the use of these services. By promoting DX for real estate rental operations, we are transforming the way businesses work and the customer's room search experience.

In addition, through the use of “Moshikomiuketsuke-kun,” which digitizes rental applications, we have achieved a reduction of approximately 5 million sheets of paper (*5) annually.
