Trust your intuition and go to GA before listing

I played baseball all through my school days, and was a student coach at the Waseda University baseball team. It was an organization where the only adults were the coaches, so as the grand manager, I was in charge of planning and managing practices.

I started playing baseball as my friends around me were playing it, but I never thought of quitting halfway through. It goes without saying that I played an active role, but most of all, I liked practicing with the team and winning games together. I think it was good for me to be in an environment where I could work toward the same goal with many people.

First I learned about GA technologies Co., Ltd. as "a company which one of my baseball teammates has been decided to join." Originally, I wanted to work for a general trading company because it would be better to have a wide range of experience, but I wasn't particularly particular about the industry. As I proceeded with my job hunting activities, I came to think that "who I work with is more important." It was around that time that I met Mr. Higuchi, the representative of GA Group. I have never met an person who lives so seriously, and I wanted to work under someone like him.

When I decided to join the company, GA had only about 100 employees and had not yet been listed. However, there was no anxiety there, and I was confident that the path I chose would be the correct one. I decided to join the company because I valued my intuition that I was able to meet GA when I was about to enter society, and that I valued that fate and timing.

One of the attractions is that you can take on a lot of responsibility at a young age.

Since joining the company, I have been in charge of sales for RENOSY Real estate investment. Before I joined the company, I had an image that "startups are full of people who work hard." However, when I joined the company, my boss, Mr. Seiya Cook, and other people in the company worked harder than I had imagined. I have learned so many things from that appearance.

And from 2020, my second year as a working adult, I will work as Sapporo Sales Branch. I was really surprised when I heard about the transfer, but I thought that being able to take on such a big responsibility so early is one of the values of working at this company. The year I spent working in Sapporo left a strong impression on me. Creating a job, taking responsibility for it, and facing my peers went beyond the framework of "work" and was an important period in my life as a whole. It was a valuable experience that I was able to work as a subject, not a recipient or a bystander. I had a lot of anxiety, but I also gained a lot from it.

The good thing about GA is that each member is entrusted with more and more work, and especially new graduates who join the company are given full potential.

From the pre-listing period when I decided to join the company, to the fact that I have grown significantly and went public, the attractiveness of the company, such as the attitude of facing each member, the attitude of nurturing people, and the attitude of focusing on achievement as a team, has not changed. We have firmly maintained the idea of ``If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together,'' and the culture that supports it.

The environment where you can work across the company is also attractive. The good thing about GA is that you can work with a wide variety of members, rather than finishing your work in one department. As the company has grown in size, the backgrounds and values of our members have diversified, but I feel that the fact that we are accepting that and changing is itself a good thing.

Making use of failures in school days in current management

What I learned as a student is that you can't change the values of each team member. Everyone has their own reasons for working at a company, and unless we understand the circumstances and thoughts of each individual, we cannot become a good organization in the true sense of the word.

When I was working as a student coach, I forced my own way of doing things on the members, and it didn't go well. It was a bitter experience at the time, but looking back now, it was an experience that was only possible because I was serious about it. That's why I think I can make use of that experience in my current job.

In that sense, I was happy to join this company that I wanted to work for seriously. The size of the company makes it easy to face the vector to me, and actually there are many other members who too have the same vector. If you don't get results, you tend to look for other factors besides yourself, but GA technologies Co., Ltd. has a good business content, bosses, and management conditions, so you can't just blame something. It's the perfect environment to grow.

An environment where you can work hard with your rivals

The people who can play an active role in GA are those who hate to lose. Especially for young people, I think people who have an strong originality and a passion to go all out are better suited. Although it is still not a famous company even if it is listed, it has the charm of being able to make the company bigger by yourself. We are a company that appreciates people who have a desire to do something and accomplish it, regardless of their age. You don't have to compare yourself to others, but if you can't compare yourself, you won't grow, so I think people who can work hard with their rivals will be able to do well in GA.

To make GA the best organization in the world

I really want to make GA the best organization in the world. To that end, I believe that it is important to continue to grow myself, and I aim to grow to the point where others cannot catch up. I would also like to play a role in conveying the company's history and culture. I am able to work now because of the achievements of the representative Mr. Higuchi, the Director Mr. Osamu, and the sales boss and founding member Mr. Iida. I think I want to do. In my work, the presence of my juniors is a good stimulus, and I think this is how an organization should be.

And I have experienced renting and buying real estate as a customer of GA. I believe that I can solve all real estate problems from the customer's point of view because I am such a person. I believe that GA provides services that can truly change the world, so I want to continue working to reach as many people as possible.
