I heard something like this

  • ・What is your background?

  • ・ Why did you decide to join GA?

  • ・ What is your current job?

  • ・ What kind of people are playing an active role in GA?

  • ・ What are your future goals?

3 reasons why I decided to join the company

When I was a student, I served as the representative of the University of Tokyo branch of AIESEC, a student organization that deals with overseas interns. Over the course of two months, I took on the challenge of volunteering overseas, held an international conference with 100 people, and gained a variety of experiences.

In addition, I participated in a long-term internship at a start-up company and was involved in launching a new business while still a student.

There are three main reasons why I was drawn to GA technologies Co., Ltd. and decided to join the company. The first is the strategic nature of bringing digital technology to areas where updates have not yet progressed amidst the wave of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and bringing about changes in the industry. My goal is to demonstrate my own value and become a person who can lead society when the next industrial revolution occurs 10 to 30 years from now. I thought it would be a great experience for me to work at a company that is currently taking on challenges under the same structure.

Second, I felt that this company was on a winning streak. Based on the concept of using technology to transform legacy industries, the GA Group makes full use of the cash engine of business and invests in new technologies. I felt that I had the power to realize the concept. Furthermore, I was able to imagine a future where we would be able to win because of the lack of competition.

The third is that there is a wet culture with people. I recognized that my so-called "human power" was my weakness, so I felt that it was the perfect environment to re-examine that part.

Every single action is a step to change the real estate industry

While working as a business planning manager at RENOSY ASSET MANAGEMENT, a group company that mainly engages in the rental management business, I also serve as a business department manager. In business planning, we formulate medium-term business plans and single-year budgets, budget management, product planning, etc. In the business department, we manage rental contract renewal work, rent reminder work, and rental accounting work.

There is no seniority system in GA, and a culture of meritocracy pervades, so even I, a second-year new graduate, can exchange opinions with business division members and group management. In such an environment, I find it very rewarding to be able to work while feeling that each and every action I take is a step towards changing Real estate investment industry.

One thing that left an impression on me in my work so far was that on the day the ban on electronic contracts was lifted following the revision of the Real Estate Brokerage Act, we were able to execute 100% electronic contracts. While the market as a whole was not accustomed to electronic contracts, adopting electronic contracts as the first penguin may have made adjustments with business partners difficult. However, in order to embody what we should be as a leading PropTech company, we were able to achieve the figure of 100% as a result of planning with pride for more than half a year. I was happy to realize that I was able to exist as a person on the side of creating a "swell" that changes the industry.

The conditions for growth are "positive attitude" and "honesty"

I feel that the requirement for human resources to grow at this company is to be forward-thinking and honest.

Because GA is a meritocratic organization, it is not uncommon for a person to be appointed to a position without realizing it, rather than to carry out that role after being appointed. In other words, by going forward and picking up various jobs, the range of jobs will expand as a result. For example, there have been cases where people working in sales shared their daily observations with product members, discussed them, and released the ideas that emerged as new features.

In addition, the business environment has a strong venture spirit and is expected to be ready for immediate use, so it is customary for individuals to honestly receive feedback from each event, understand it honestly, act honestly, and produce results. I think it has a lot to do with the growth curve. Under such a corporate culture, the more you grow and produce more results, the bigger your mission becomes, and I feel that being able to demonstrate your honesty is directly linked to the enjoyment of your work.

Becoming an organization that brings about greater change in the industry

I would like to work on strengthening our profit structure, non-continuous growth of the scale of our business, and expansion of our product line-up. In order to change the commonplace in rental management business, we will take on the challenge of strengthening measures against vacancies, rebuilding Construction ordering schemes, and further improving customer experience.

We also want to promote the creation of an environment for further data utilization. To that end, I think the key is to create a product that can accumulate data from the analog market. We aim to build a system that allows us to more effectively reflect the knowledge we have acquired through our work in our products, and to become an organization that can bring even greater change to the industry.
